Academic Advisors at Cape Cod Community College embrace the college’s mission of providing life-changing educational experiences and enabling your powerful future. We are here to guide your decision-making, support your academic success, and empower you to become the primary architect and actor in your own academic plan.
The fastest way to get connected face-to-face with an advisor is on our Remote Advising Meetings via Zoom (meeting ID: 793 177 3864).
Zoom Drop-In Hours
Monday through Friday: 10:00am–4:00pm
and Wednesday from 5:00pm-7:00pm
We hope to see you soon!
While drop-in appointments are always an option, we encourage you to schedule in-person meetings in advance so that you do not need to wait. The typical advising meeting last at least twenty-five minutes, so your wait time as a drop-in could be lengthy.
The Academic Advising Office is staffed for in-person advising Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 4:00, but to encounter shorter wait times try to plan your visit on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 10:00 and 3:00.
You can find your advisors by following these steps:

If you have a Faculty Advisor, they are your first point of contact
You can set an appointment with them in Navigate
If you don’t see availability, use this link to request an appointment: http://capecod.navigate.eab.com/app/#/my/appointment-request (login and/or re-authentication might be required)
You will also have a secondary advisor—they are a secondary level of support to both you and your faculty advisor
If you have a Primary Advisor, this is a professional advisor in one of our centralized advising offices
They are your first point of contact
You can set an appointment in Navigate or email to arrange a time to meet
As a result of the guidance and mentoring you receive from both Faculty and Professional Advisors, you will:
