Applying to Cape Cod Community College is a breeze, and it won't cost you a thing. As an "open door" institution, most of our programs welcome you with open arms just by completing our free online application. However, certain special enrollment programs may have additional admissions requirements, which we'll guide you through.

The online application is designed for students seeking to pursue a degree or certificate. If you're interested in taking a few classes without enrolling in a full program, simply sign up as a Guest Student.

Submit Proof of Immunization 

Who must submit proof of immunization? 

  • All full-time students (12 credits or more) under 30 years of age  
  • All part-time and full-time health science students  
  • Any full or part-time students while on student or other visa, including foreign exchange students attending or visiting classes as part of an academic visitation or exchange program are required to provide immunizations records.

Submit Official Transcripts

High School: Students who have graduated from high school within the past ten (10) years are required to submit their official high school transcript. 

College/University: If you have prior credits from another college or university you may be eligible to waive certain prerequisite courses or transfer classes into 4Cs.  

Please contact your prior high school and/or college to request your official transcripts to be sent to the 4Cs Admissions Office. Official transcripts must be sent from the high school/college or be provided in the original sealed envelope.
